4 Fingers Crispy Chicken

The most ridiculous 4Fingers Crispy Chicken outlet! If you are thinking of ordering food delivery or patronising this restaurant, kindly think twice as service is absurd and slow ! Especially for food delivery orders, is ridiculously slow and may be delayed! Received an order to pick up from the restaurant by Foodpanda at 1945 hours! By the time travel to the restaurant to pick up the order is 2000 hours! Order has not even started preparing and ask me to wait 10 minutes, but end up waited 25 minutes and left the restaurant at 2025 hours! Can you imagine, 40 minutes just for 6 Pcs Wingettes & Drumettes Combo! What a fantastic kitchen management! ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Pika Pikachu, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience at 4Fingers SG. We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience you faced while picking up your order. Your experience does not meet the standards we strive to maintain, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait longer than expected for your food, especially when you planned to pick it up through Foodpanda. Please be assured that we will be looking into this issue to ensure we can improve our kitchen management and service times in the future. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better next time. Best regards, The 4Fingers SG Team
