Please accept my sincere apologies for the unpleasant situation outside our front gate; we are actively working with local services to address the refuse area to ensure our entrance reflects the beauty of the property inside. Our vision here is to provide an "analogue sanctuary" where guests can unplug and immerse themselves in the surrounding nature. While this approach means our internet connectivity is sometimes secondary to the natural environment, I completely understand your frustration with the technical issues and the A/C leak during the rain. We have alerted our maintenance team to promptly resolve the A/C unit. We have also noted your feedback regarding the in-room tea and coffee amenities and are reviewing our room setups to ensure a more generous offering for our guests. Regarding the outdoor spaces, nature can sometimes be quite demanding on our lawns and pool, but we are increasing our skimming frequency to keep the water pristine. You will also be pleased to know that we completely agree with your thoughts on our garden seating. We have recently upgraded our outdoor areas with proper garden benches to ensure guests have much more supportive and comfortable alternatives to the beanbags. We deeply appreciate your comments on the breakfast menu and the property's atmosphere, as they are invaluable in helping us refine our guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, Darren.
