Absolutely loved the Pearl Creme Brulee Soufflé Pancake! You do need to wait around 20 minutes since they make it fresh from scratch, but it was totally worth it. The pancake was soft, fluffy, and perfectly delicious. The cafe was clean and cozy as well. If you visit Seongsu, this place is a must-try for dessert lovers! Skip the coffee - had the signature and the condensed milk latte. Signature was ok but lacking coffee aroma. Condensed milk latte sucks - it was just all condensed milk. MUST HAVE their souffle though!!!! It was so good. The souffle was so light and airy, not too sweet. The cream paired perfectly, was so light!!! Gotta wait 25mins though. But it was worth the wait!

It was on TV and it looked delicious, so I came here. The prize is perfect! It matched haha It took a bit of time to wait, but the food was well worth it. Not to mention the visuals, the tongue was just delightful It was so delicious I ate in a hurry and before I knew it, the bowl was empty. The pearl brûlée soufflé was personally the most delicious. It's the same as pearls in bubble tea , so I like the texture And the soufflé has melted sugar on it, but it was a bit greasy, but it was sweet and went really well with the soufflé! The cream and cake were really soft and bouncy, so they melted in your mouth It was so delicious that I can't express all the flavors in writing 5TO7 Cafe has a nice interior and atmosphere, and there are so many delicious items that I thought about it while looking at the menu haha It's such a great restaurant, so make sure to come!
