朝ごはんを食べに来ました。朝ごはんカフェで検索したらこちらのお店が出てきたのでお店の中は6テーブルとこじんまりしてます。シェリンプサンドを頼んでから飲み物がなかなかこないと思ったら、まさかの注文ミスでしたが感じの良いスタッフさんがすぐ対応してくれました。 シュリンプサンドがめっちゃくちゃ美味しいです。ソースが絶妙でパンがハードでサンドにぴったりです。バニララテも程よい甘さが良かったです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000

604 Seoul is one of those spots where the exterior does a lot of the talking upfront — raw, slightly industrial, almost warehouse-like, but styled just enough to feel intentional. It has that “cool without trying too hard” energy that Seongsu does well. You see it before you enter: clean lines, muted palette, a bit of edge. Inside follows through — minimal, composed, and built for people who actually care about coffee rather than just aesthetics. The coffee is where it justifies itself. Clean, well-executed, no unnecessary experimentation — just solid fundamentals. But the standout is their Nanaimo coffee, served cold as a signature blend. It’s a bit of a curveball: dessert-inspired but not overly sweet, with that layered profile you’d expect — maple syrup, a hint of biscuit, slight creaminess — but dialled back so it still drinks like coffee, not a milkshake. It’s refreshing, structured, and surprisingly balanced for something that could easily go wrong. Net-net, this is a place that understands its lane: strong visual identity backed by coffee that actually holds up, with one signature drink that’s genuinely worth going out of your way for.
