佐世保ではなかなか見ないタイプのお洒落なカジュアルなレストランです。パスタの種類が豊富で聞き馴染みのないメニューが多く、毎回新しいものに挑戦しますがハズレなしです！ オーナーさんが各テーブルのお客さんをきちんと様子見されていて、ちょうどいいタイミングでお料理を出してくださいます。 一人でお店を回されているのに、接客にも料理にも余裕があり居心地がいいです。 席数は多くないので予約必須です！.
