I recently visited 71 Mu Kratha, a Thai BBQ restaurant that has gained some popularity. The place is lively, especially during dinner time, and seems to attract quite a crowd. The layout of the restaurant is spacious, with each table spread out adequately. The design is clean and not suffocating, though it doesn't stand out as particularly special. The restaurant employs a self-service system where you view the menu and place orders using your phone. While I’m not a fan of this type of service structure, I must admit that they responded to orders quickly and accurately. Unfortunately, the food didn’t impress. The meat, which is evidently frozen, was served in that state, and the quality was below expectations. The price didn’t justify the lackluster quality. Although they’re known for their Japanese house sauce, I found it to be quite mediocre. On a positive note, the toilets are clean, and the gravel car park is notably large, which is a plus. Overall, despite their recent TikTok fame for their sauce, 71 Mu Kratha didn’t offer anything particularly special. It seems to be just another Thai BBQ restaurant with little to differentiate it from the rest.
