韓国旅行のメインとして1人でこちらに伺いました。 入り口が少し分かりづらかったですがお店の雰囲気は素晴らしく楽しい時間が過ごせました。 料理は見た目も味も素晴らしく、日本人にはとても好まれる味付けだと思います。 店員さんのお店や料理についての説明はもちろん、カトラリーを選べたこともよかったポイントです。 食事が終わり帰る際に店員さんに気づいてもらえなかったのは少し寂しかったですがまた是非伺いたいです 最後にミシュラン1つ星とのことですが2つ星の価値があるお店だと思いました。. This was my first fine dining experience in Korea. I liked the concept of the 7th door with 7 different tastes - expanding on the 5 with fermentation and aging. Which is key in Korea food with fermented foods. Overall the dishes were unique, there was even one with a purse for display. I liked that there were interactive parts, where they asked you to pick a steak knife for your main. There were unique setups and presentations, for example the dessert came in a bento style box. I wish the staff was more interactive but they were running a full service kitchen where turn over seemed to be every 30 minutes. I did a juice pairing which was unique but I wasn't sure if it paired well with the courses. The dining space itself was like a chef's counter, very modern and slick design. I feel service lacked attentiveness and could use improve on some attention to details.
