Gangnam seems to transform every time I visit—always showcasing the latest styles, newest buildings, and trendiest restaurants and cafés. I chose to eat here because on beautiful days, I love dining on the open terrace with my sunglasses on. The menu offers a unique take on westernized food, and overall, everything I tried was tasty. The mac and cheese, for example, wasn’t your typical version—it was especially creamy and rich with cheese. Despite the high number of customers, the service was impressively friendly and attentive. Afterward, I grabbed a salt latte from the café just across the street. I really liked it, though after finishing the creamy mac and cheese, I couldn’t fully enjoy the latte’s own creamy notes as much as I would have otherwise.
