紅色長髮女店員服務態度太差了！！ 我要買「草莓蛋糕盒」她自己拿錯了，明明草莓蛋糕盒的牌子只有一個她還不高興了？我從頭到尾都好好講話的呢。 看她拿錯我還說：是提拉米蘇盒旁邊的草莓蛋糕。 她直接大聲且不耐煩的臉問：所以你要的是提拉米蘇還是草莓蛋糕？！ 我就？？？無語了我講中文都聽不懂嗎？自己拿錯還自己那裡不耐煩態度不好，態度怎麼差就不要找服務客人的工作啊 講難聽就是她有病吧？？？？？ 而且不是一兩次了，這家85度服務一直很差！不只是我遇到，我的熟人也都這樣講。 麻煩領班主管或者上司注意一下！！ 每次路過也是煙味很重明明寫禁煙區，但怎麼不提醒客人呢？或禁止呢？那個標示牌子有何用？ The service attitude of the red-haired female staff is extremely bad!! LOL I wanted to buy the “strawberry cake box.” She took the wrong one herself. There is clearly only ONE sign for the strawberry cake box, yet she got annoyed instead? From start to finish, I spoke politely the entire time. When I noticed she picked the wrong item, I even said nicely: “It’s the strawberry cake next to the tiramisu box.” She then raised her voice and asked impatiently, with an annoyed expression: “So do you want tiramisu or strawberry cake?!” I was honestly speechless I spoke Chinese clearly—does she not understand? She made the mistake herself, yet she was the one acting impatient and rude. If someone has such a terrible attitude, they really shouldn’t be working in customer service. To be blunt—is something wrong with her??? And this is not a one-time issue. The service at this 85°C branch has always been bad. It’s not just my experience—people I know have said the same thing. Please ask the supervisor, manager, or higher management to take this seriously!! Also, every time I pass by, the smell of cigarette smoke is very strong, even though it’s clearly marked as a non-smoking area. Why doesn’t the staff remind customers? Or stop them? If no one enforces it, what’s the point of putting up a “No Smoking” sign at all? so funny LOL Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
