This happened just now 15th 8pm. I paid cash for this ginger latte. It was made ultra hot so I approached to the counter and asked for a cup. I explained it’s too hot. I want another cup so I can have it cool down. Could she just give me a ceramic dine in cup and call it a day to have a better experience for the customer? I sounded like at home asking for a relative and refused to do anything “An additional cup costs 1 dollar.” “You made it too hot and I couldn’t drink it” “Here use a stir. If you want it less hot, you should have said so.” I walked out without the hot drink. It’s pointless to speak to people like this. Let alone she actually works there and cared less.
