Not very happy ordering food in person. First time here, I saw the reception was talking very rudely to an old lady in front of me, as she wanted to order dumplings which might not ready at that moment, the women at the counter sounds very rude and asked her to wait next to the queue. Old lady has to move very slowly aside. Second time here, there was only one person on front of me but I have to wait for very long, it's obvious that another lady at the counter already finished ordering for the customer but was occupied by something else I don't understand. She could have ordered for me first, but she seems ignoring me, and thought it's fine to keep me waiting, I got mad when she started talking to someone behind me, arrived later than me. I guess reception is a reception, doesn't care about taking the orders first. Ordering machines are much more efficient. I prefer using a machine to order. Came here because of stomachache and needs to eat easily digested food, not going to repeat. 我宁愿用电子屏幕下单，不想人工落单 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
