A really nice view next to the river, has 3 floor and the open air garden outside which close during night time don't know why probably the safety reason. A must visit place if you around this area.

'May'가 '9Block'으로 명칭 변경했습니다 :) 야외 테라스도, 실내도 매우 좋아요 야외는 강변이라 그런지 벌레가 좀 있습니다
