I tried the nasi lemak here with Nyonya. The coconut rice was fragrant and fluffy while the sambal struck a nice balance that was not overly spicy but still packed with a kick. The ikan bilis and peanuts were fresh and crispy. The Nyonya otah was generously portioned for the price and flavourful . I also liked that they offer several set options plus the flexibility to add on extra ingredients to customise your meal. This place is an affordable nasi lemak spot. Requested to change the egg that comes with set to a tau kwa as the price for both items were the same. Explained that I cannot eat half cooked egg as I am pregnant but was met with the most inflexible response that items cannot be switched and was charged an additional 80cents for the tau kwa and egg was removed. Honestly this is the first and last time I will eat from the store. I do not understand the hype because it tastes average and the tau kwa was honestly very dry. Paid extra for something that was not even tasty and penalised for not being able to eat half cooked egg. I did not make a fuss as I did not want to hold up the line. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
