We noticed 99 Bar&Restaurant whilst walking along the main road. However, it was whilst walking back along the beach that it piqued our interest. It was even better when we read their happy hour deal: 159 baht for any of their cocktails from 11 AM to 6 PM. Several Long Islands later, and we left very happy! From the main road, you head directly upstairs, but check out their seating at the back if you just want a chilled drink, as it's not immediately obvious. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿200–400
