This place scammed us out of our 1000 baht deposit. They require guests to leave a deposit upon check-in, but when it was time to check out, there was nobody at reception. In fact, throughout our stay there was never anyone there, and the only way to contact staff was through WhatsApp. On the morning of checkout at 9am, we contacted them and were told that a staff member would come to complete the checkout and return our deposit. Nobody came. Since we had to leave to catch our transportation, we were then told the money would be transferred to my bank account instead. That transfer of course never happened. After that, we were passed between multiple different contacts, ignored repeatedly, and they started to lie about being there at checkout. Despite many follow ups from out side, they simply refused to return the deposit they owed us. This was by far the most unprofessional accommodation experience we have had. Keeping a guest’s deposit after failing to provide any proper checkout process is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you are willing to risk losing your money. Service: 1

Do not book this place. They are impossible to get a hold of and there is never anyone there. We checked out at 9 AM and there was no one at the reception. We contacted them to say we had to check out, and they said they would send someone, but nobody ever showed up. They said they could transfer the 1000 Baht deposit to our bank account instead. This never happened, and every time we tried to contact them to get the money, they just started lying or stopped responding. They refuse to return the money. Very unprofessional. Service: 1

The hotel is decent for the price, but the receptionist is slow and not very friendly.
