today we had the most wonderful experience at Nancy's cooking class at 9D organic Garden at Chilling Hill. Nancy is a great cook, an amazing teacher and an extremely gracious host. The Organic garden is a fairytale like place in the mountains of Samui, and a perfect set for farm 2 table foodies. we had a 4 course menu, and eventhough they were all part of the classic Thai cannon, Nancy's version were delicious with a unique flare. the price for a 4 hour class is more than fair - I highly recommend her classes, the restaurant and the garden

if you go to Koh Samui this is a must do, it's what you go to thailand for. a trip high up in the mountains in the jungle, stunning views and I would highly recommend the thai cooking class.
