Very bad experience The staff are rude and do no provide any service. What they did was blame customer for putting the bread tongs in the original place, but the point is there is no sign indicating not to do so. Another day, I spent over $50 (more than 2 breads) and asked the staff for 2 paper bags. The staff initially agreed, but after I paid, she only gave me 1 bag and refused to another. Why did she say yes initially? IT MAKES NO SENSE! I could have paid it separately and received 2 paper bags, is it a scam to acheive higher ATV to meet store targets? I highly doubt it! I thought A1 Bakery is a Japanese franchise that provided excellence customer service and delicious food. As you know, the prices at A1 are relatively higher than those at other bakeries I do not expect to be treated this way. NEVER PURCHASE AT A1 ANYMORE!
