They totally don’t need our business. Wanna do a take out @ 9pm and I clearly ordered what I wanted, the waitress who attended me asked me to wait for her to finish her cashier job, & I waited for at least 10 mins! How difficult was it to submit 1 order ??? Meanwhile, another waitress happily took off her uniform, walked pass me & knocked off. Waitress were ignorant & rude! Is A1 the biggest F&B franchise in SG? Sadly they tremendously failed their service !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have been dine in others Aone branch, this is the first visit to Northpoint branch during CNY, waiting for our food for quite sometime. The others two table were served first despite we are came first and ordered early. Food average. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: Preferred
