I should have taken the other reviews into account before coming - one of the staff was quite rude; she didn’t take the initiative to check us on the orders. When asked if we could take our orders, she simply told us to write on the paper but didn’t come back to collect. Had to wait for us to gesture before she came to take our orders. What’s the point of paying service fee if we have to do that? That said, the one serving us (with Trainee tag, ironically) was more pleasant. Food wise, pretty delicious but a bit on the saltier side. Would I return again? Probably not. Might as well go to other establishments, like Dian Xiao Er, Hunan, or Din Tai Fung - service so much better! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They totally don’t need our business. Wanna do a take out @ 9pm and I clearly ordered what I wanted, the waitress who attended me asked me to wait for her to finish her cashier job, & I waited for at least 10 mins! How difficult was it to submit 1 order ??? Meanwhile, another waitress happily took off her uniform, walked pass me & knocked off. Waitress were ignorant & rude! Is A1 the biggest F&B franchise in SG? Sadly they tremendously failed their service !!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
