I recently visited A la minute and was thoroughly impressed. It is a wonderful find—warm, cozy, and featuring exceptional decoration that creates a truly inviting atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior design, making it a great spot to relax. The service matches the vibe perfectly; the owner is incredibly nice and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the quality here. The espresso is technically excellent, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity with a wonderful aroma. I also tried the Dirty Coffee, which was very good—smooth and rich. On the food side, the Choux cream is a standout item. It was absolutely delicious and pairs perfectly with the coffee. I also ordered the croissant, and while it wasn’t personally my type (perhaps just a preference on texture), the quality was still evident.
