NOT RECOMMENDED — DON’T GET SCAMMED. We walked in and the welcome felt completely scripted. The staff seemed to repeat the same ten memorized phrases to every customer. They handed us the menu and strongly pushed their “best” Wagyu meat dish, so we trusted their recommendation. Very quickly, we realized the whole restaurant had a fake atmosphere. The staff performed this strange and pointless interactive scene where they lit a flame while shouting “fire.” The wait was long, and when the food finally arrived, it was even worse than we expected. The meat was terrible — extremely tough, impossible to chew — and the side dishes were miserable. We tried to eat, but it was impossible. At that point, we looked around and noticed the terrible condition of the restaurant itself. The kitchen was a disaster: dirty, shabby, and filthy. The counter where they served the food looked just as disgusting. We asked the waiter which cut of Wagyu this meat actually was, since it had been sold to us as “Premium Platinum Wagyu” for 35,000 yen (221 USD). The waiter had no idea what cut it was and could neither speak nor understand a word of English. So we started documenting everything with photos and videos. Three other couples also left the restaurant disgusted. We paid 230 dollars for a rotten hamburger and inedible “Premium Platinum Wagyu. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+

Very kind staff but unfortunately the steak was tough and stringy, not good Wagyu and the burger very greasy. It made us sick. They need to improve the quality or people will not want to eat there. Place was empty for a reason. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
