It's surprising to find such a trendy cafe in this small town. Perfect spot for IG people. Was a nice place to stop for a break during a long drive. The only downside is that the view of the Mekong River isn't particularly impressive. The coffee is rather strong. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
