The gelato is smooth and creamy with a fine texture and well-defined flavors, with real nut pieces inside. The staff are very friendly and happy to let you sample several flavors before making a decision.

The yogurt gelato was super delicious! It was so dense and chewy, I would definitely get it again. The staff was super enthusiastic and cheerful despite my group taking a long time to decide on what to get. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5

Despite the good gelato, the staff is HORRIBLE, they were gone for over 30mins, what kind of bathroom break is that? So unprofessional. And when they came back they had the most depressing look on their face, she looked like she really didn’t want to be there, so out of pity for the shop, instead of buying 5 gelatos for everyone that were present, we only bought 2. All because of the bad service provided by the staff present on the day we visited. We ended up buying icecream from another shop nearby that had much better service. Truely a disappointing experience from Albero. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 4 Service: 1
