Alice is an amazing technical chef presenting us with a delightful array of new flavour combinations in desert form! Our favourite was the beet and parsley desert which blew us away. The flavour of each ingredient shines through with the perfect balance of sweetness and tart. The whole desert menu was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. We recommend pairing it with drinks - we had the mocktails which was very refreshing. Overall, this is a gem of the neighbourhood and Alice’s passion to bring new flavours each season will keep you returning for more! If you prefer something more traditional with just a slight twist, then I recommend Alice’s cakes (lamington and lemon pistachio) which was delightful to the last bite. Truly a master of her craft! The dessert I had here was honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life It wasn’t overly sweet – just perfectly balanced and elegant. Everything had such a unique and special flavor! I was so happy to enjoy these beautiful treats in the cutest little shop, made by the sweetest and kindest chef Definitely Korea’s No.1 dessert spot I miss you Alice..Merry me chef .. What an unforgettable amazing experience by Chef Alice. She was so kind and explained everything as she prepared the dishes at the bar. Me and my wife had a great time and conversation with her. This place deserves all the praise it got. The desserts are amazing culinary creations using techniques and preparation beyond your normal desserts. I'm no expert on fine desserts by no means, but this was a treat for us. Again, kudos to Chef Alice for taking us on a flavor journey to France, Japan, Korea, and more. It's well worth the dessert experience. We also got ala carte cakes to go. The menu changes every few months, so check her IG.
