Beautiful setting, excellent cuisine, pure without too many frills and with a strong desire to express what is essentially Basque. The service is efficient, and even though the staff are young, you can tell they're trying their best. The wine is respectful of the environment. We'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it to everyone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200

Wow my first time here and love the food! It is made from all the ingredients i am familiar with but the seasoning is very new to my asian profile By first glance the visual ads minimal but taste is strong and highlights ingredient very well. I love how they utilized all part of the ingredients and nothing goes to waste. The menu we ordered - shout out to the toast very crispy and the butter ugh sooo good with fish tatare on top! Also this risotto dish (i’m not so sure) but I notice red oil which turns out to be shrimp - so umami. And my fav basque cheese cake, which is ice cream with refreshing take of strawberry on top yum. The Made an appointment here friday night and wow the vibes here is no where like other. This is a cozy speak easy place with warm lights and open kitchen.. feels like i just left my thoughts at the front door and been transported to basque. Price per person: ฿1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently had dinner at Amalur and it truly reflects a thoughtful and refined take on Basque cuisine. From the moment you sit down, you can feel there is a clear identity behind the restaurant, it’s not trying to be anything else. The cooking is precise and elegant, but still full of soul. There’s real respect for the product, and the balance between tradition and modern technique feels very natural, nothing is forced. The flavors are clean, confident, and well structured. Service is professional and warm without being stiff. The team moves smoothly and creates a relaxed but polished atmosphere. Overall, Amalur stands out for its clarity of concept and consistency. A strong representation of Basque cuisine and a place I would definitely recommend over and over again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
