Was at Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 looking for a simple dinner around 9+ at night, and not many stalls were still open. Luckily, I spotted AMK 408 Seafood and decided to give it a try. Ordered their Hong Kong Mee with Sunny Side Up 香港面加荷包蛋. For those wondering, Hong Kong Mee is typically a style of thin egg noodles stir-fried with dark soy sauce, giving it a slightly sweet and savoury flavour. It usually comes with ingredients like vegetables, meat, and sometimes seafood, and is known for its wok hei (smoky aroma) and simple, comforting taste. This plate was nicely done — the noodles had a decent texture and pairing it with a runny sunny side up made it even more satisfying.
