This And Coffee Brewers is the Tsutaya Bookstore branch of And Coffee Roaster. It offers a larger dine-in area, though many customers come here to study, so the atmosphere isn’t particularly relaxed. Still, the cool, bright space makes it a pleasant place to take a break. The only downside is that the air conditioning is a bit too strong, which means your coffee might cool down faster than you’d like. As for the coffee — needless to say, it’s excellent. They specialize in light roasts, with options like Kenya, Ethiopia, and El Salvador. The baristas’ skills are unquestionable; from the first sip to the last, the quality remains consistently high — clean, clear, yet layered. This is definitely a great spot for a cup of coffee. 這家 And Coffee Brewer 是 And Coffee Roaster 在蔦屋書局的分店，有更多座位的內用區，但有不少顧客是在這裡唸書，所以氣氛不是那麼輕鬆，但涼爽明亮的空間還是很適合休息。 唯一的缺點就是冷氣太強，咖啡容易冷掉吧。 咖啡更不用說了，有很棒的淺烘焙咖啡，肯亞、衣索比亞、薩爾瓦多等淺烘焙咖啡可以選擇，咖啡師的技術也無庸置疑，第一口到最後一口都維持很好的水準，乾淨清透又能有層次。 這裡是你喝咖啡的好選擇。.
