The theatrical highlight is the Charcoal Grilled Eel, seared tableside with red-hot charcoal to achieve an intensely crisp, smoky finish over tender fish. Equally memorable, the visually striking A4 Wagyu Cutlet Charcoal Sando pairs buttery, melt-in-your-mouth beef with an interactive, zesty daikon mayonnaise capsule. Amazing views & incredible food! ️. The rooftop vibe is unmatched—they can even project custom messages onto the opposite building for birthdays! Every dish was a hit, especially the rich Hairy Crab Butter Udon and the crispy Iberico Tonkatsu with plum yogurt sauce. Ended with a high-quality matcha cheesecake and melon daifuku.
