Most people suppose that the staff is attentive here. Terrific service is something clients appreciate here. There is cozy atmosphere at this bar.

This bar serves great food and drinks with one of the best pools and views around. The crew were attentive and kept checking on our hydration while we relaxed on the sand beds - such a thoughtful touch. I tried their non-traditional mango sticky rice and it was amazing (and huge!). Loved the little gesture of complimentary popcorn while waiting for our order too (when you sit on their restaurant).The Chandon Spritz was a winner as well. Special thanks to Kwang and Ing for taking such good care of us, you guys are awesome! Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am staying at this hotel and decided to stop by for lunch once, but I immediately regretted it. After a long wait, a waiter finally came to my table and was very rude. There was also trash on the floor next to my table — a burger wrapper. I pointed it out, but no one even bothered to pick it up. After that, no one came back to check on me. I waited a long time for someone to bring the bill, but nobody came, even though there were plenty of staff standing by the bar. When I finally got up to go to the bar and pay, they shouted across the whole area, asking where I was going and saying that I had not paid. Very unpleasant place and terrible service. I do not recommend it. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Pullman Phuket Management, are writing to express our strong dissatisfaction with an experience we had at your hotel. We are staying at your property with a large group and we were spending time at the beach. We bought banana pancakes, which we enjoy very much, and then returned to the hotel to relax and have some tea at the bar. However, we were refused service simply because we brought our own food. The problem is that your hotel does not offer these banana pancakes at all, so there was no alternative available to us. We were only asking to order tea, not to use your facilities for outside catering, and we believe this refusal was unreasonable and very disappointing. This situation left us with very negative emotions and it spoiled part of our holiday experience. We kindly ask you to review this policy and show more understanding toward guests in similar situations in the future. We would also appreciate your explanation of why guests cannot simply enjoy tea in your bar if the hotel does not provide the food item they bring with them. We hope you will take this seriously and improve guest service, as we chose your hotel expecting comfort, hospitality, and respect. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
