Patronise this place for this time and was the worst place ever. We did not realise the no outside food policy and was eating the ayam penyet we bought from Abbas. Hence came this lady wearing a green tudung from the Abbas Kuih stall shouting at the top of her lungs infront of other customers saying in Malay. “Why are bringing your drink from outside?! (mind you that bottle was unopened and it was placed on the table) “ So I asked her “ so if that’s the case where do you want me to put this because I don’t have anywhere to put ?” Her response was “ I don’t care la where you want to put this drink, as long as you don’t put this here ! You people are problematic because boss will keep calling us because you people bring outside food and we have to go and tell you not to bring it here ! Right after she walked off we heard a commotion that she was fighting with the cleaner and pointing to him. She shouted at the tops of her lungs again causing all the customers to turn in shock. Now my question to Abbas restaurant, is this how your staff are trained to treat patrons/customers or even behave infront of customers? I’ve patronised other places that has no outside policy as well as long as we don’t consume it’s fine and they will tell customers nicely but to be humiliated in that manner on our first meal was the worst anyone could ever encounter and your own staff shouting at cleaners with a condescending tone just because they are cleaners are the worst. If you asked me if I would patronise this place again? It is a flat no and work on your staff so that your business doesn’t close down. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
