This restaurant, situated near Tai Kwun and boasting a stunning terrace view, is truly impressive from its ambiance to its plating. The starter, Vitello Tonnato, features tender veal slices wrapped around hard cheese and pine nuts. It offers a well-balanced savoriness and rich texture, paired with a grainy, flavorful tuna sauce that achieves a perfect harmony between richness and freshness. As for the mains, the Pasta AI Limone uses thin ribbons of pasta coated in a slightly tart lemon cream; it is refreshing, perfectly cooked, and incredibly appetizing. The Angus Filetto exudes a primal charm, with meat that is springy and succulent; a simple dip in oil and salt is all that is needed to highlight its deep, beefy flavor. Finally, the Cannolli is a visual feast, with gold leaf decoration adding a touch of opulence. The crispy shell intermingles with the moist, slightly savory cheese filling and the fragrant scent of orange peel, creating a well-balanced play of textures that provides a distinctive conclusion to the meal. I recently dined at Abbraccio, and I must say, their 4 Course Set Dinner is incredibly worthwhile. Accompanied by a glass of wine, this meal was perfectly portioned for two. We began our meal with the amazing Housemade Angus Beef Meatballs. These little bites were bursting with creamy tomato sauce that was rich and flavorful. Next came the Classic Margherita pizza. The mozzarella cheese was generous, melting into a delightful, stretchy goodness. Hot and fresh from the oven, the crust was soft, while the basil added a freshness that elevated each bite. The highlight was the Fresh Grilled Tiger Prawns. Four large prawns were grilled perfectly, with a fresh sauce. A squeeze of lemon added a bright zing that enhanced the flavors. In general, the prawns were tender and delicious. To round off the meal, we ordered in the pastry tube filled with sweet ricotta. This dessert was crisp, offering a satisfying crunch that contrasted with the creamy filling. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
