コースをお願いしましたが、全ての料理に『おっ』と思わせる瞬間がありました。素晴らしい味でした。私的には今年のベスト3には間違いなく入るお店でした。(あえて言うならスマートカジュアルくらいのドレスコードは求めたら？とは思いました). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$100–150

Had a wonderful dining experience at Above & Beyond inside Hotel ICON. The restaurant offers refined Cantonese cuisine alongside stunning panoramic views overlooking Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. We experienced the Imperial Caviar Seafood Feast, and the quality of the dishes was excellent throughout the meal. Standout items included the lobster, abalone, scallops, crab dishes, and black caviar, all prepared with balanced flavors and elegant presentation. The sake pairing also complemented the meal beautifully. The atmosphere felt sophisticated yet relaxed, especially during sunset and evening hours with the skyline lighting up outside. Service was attentive, polished, and very welcoming from start to finish. A great choice for elevated Cantonese dining with one of the best restaurant views in Hong Kong.
