staff made wrong order but its okay as i was fine with any of the acai menu, however i just didnt like the confusing queue system. it was confusing weather the juice line and the acai bowl line were shared or not. most people queue for the juice, if i wanted acai i have to join the long queue which waste time

I was there at your outlet at Paya Lebar at about 3pm on 22 Nov. One of your staff (the younger one of the 2 female staff present) was not wearing a facial mask while handling food & was seen rubbing her nose with her gloved right hand while preparing our orders. Very , very unhygienic. Will not patronize your outlet anymore.
