If you are looking for a delicious and tasty açai, please keep looking. This is not your place. I feel insulted after trying this. I'm Brazilian, so I know how a good açai should look and taste like. This açai is blended with ice and has zero taste. Never felt so bored. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I was in the middle of eating my acai bowl and I asked the staff for a little bit extra Peanut Butter. The staff member did not respond but looked at her supervisor “MAM” who was talking to another customer at the cashier. MAM, subsequently, in a very rude manner, simply showed 4 fingers to signal that if any Peanut Butter were to be added, there would be an additional charge. I felt belittled not by the fact that there was an additional charge, but by the way I was treated. The staff member could have simply added the peanut butter first and asked me to pay once I was done, rather than wait in line to pay in the middle of trying to enjoy my acai bowl. MAM demonstrated lack of respect and should not be dealing with customers in the mall of this stature. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped by Acai Story at Emsphere for a refreshing and healthy treat. The acai bowl was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully topped with fruits and granola. It’s a perfect light dessert or snack while shopping. Great taste, vibrant presentation, and a nice option for anyone looking for a healthier sweet treat.
