"If you want to eat like a local, go to Adams Road Food center. You will find lots of tasker stalls there." My Singaporean friend did not tell me exactly where to eat but I was excited to see what was on offer at ARFC. I chose the longest line because, though I was hungry reason dictates long lines means good food. I did not know what to expect. I ordered the noodle bowl .. pork ribs with shrimp. It was fresh tasting. Add the chili powder to give it a bit of a kick. Overall not bad. Nice for the cost!
