We are truly sorry to hear that the mocha was far too sweet for your preference and that this was not communicated clearly when you placed your order. You are absolutely right that, especially for first-time customers, we should do a better job informing guests when brown sugar is added by default or checking on sweetness preferences beforehand. We also understand how frustrating it must have felt when your feedback was met with a response that made you feel unheard rather than helped.
