I recently went to Adirak Pizza and it’s honestly one of the pizza places I really enjoyed. The pizza dough was so good — thin in the center with a slightly chewy crust, perfectly baked and fragrant from the oven. The cheese was generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. You can really feel the attention to detail in every bite. What I also really appreciated is how attentive the restaurant is about food allergies. They are careful and willing to explain ingredients clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of — especially if you have specific dietary concerns. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, great for coming with friends or family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If I’m craving good pizza in Chiang Mai, this is definitely one of the first places that comes to mind. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
