予定していた店を諦め満席ならこちらにしよう、と考えていた店。（実際はそっちはガラガラでしたが理由あって諦めた）リーズナブルながらあっさりしていてコクのあるスープと、細いうどんっぽい優しい麺、ボリュームたっぷりの柔らか牛肉。美味しくて思わず啜りまくってしまった（汗）お店の方も親切で大満足でした。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200–400

I tried Age Inn Beef Noodles and it turned out to be a really comforting stop after walking around the area. Jiufen can get quite busy, so finding a place to sit down and have something warm felt like a nice break. The setting is fairly simple, nothing too fancy, but it has a cozy feel that works well for a quick meal. It is the kind of place where you can just relax for a bit before continuing to explore. The beef noodles were the main highlight. The broth had a deep, savory flavor that felt rich without being too heavy, and it paired really well with the noodles. The beef itself was tender and easy to eat, which made the whole dish feel well put together. It is a classic meal, but done in a way that feels satisfying after a long walk. What I liked was how straightforward everything was. The menu is not overly complicated, and the food comes out without too much waiting. It is not trying to be overly creative, but it delivers a solid and reliable dish.
