Their buns and pastries may be good. But I am extremely upset my kaya buns been squashed till flat, the store assistant put it at the bottom with 6 other items on top. The reason I bought the kaya buns because it looks good and fluffy. I am extremely disappointed when i saw the buns are at the bottom? If I want to eat a "deflated" kaya bun, I can just make kaya bread myself at home. This is not the first time they tried "their best" to put as many items into a small poly bag. There was another time i bought like 10 items, they also tried to fit all into one bag, taking the items in and out from the bag just try to re arrange and squeeze all in. i had to actual help them. It was so tight that the 2 handles couldnt even be closed and be carried. In the end, I moved some items to my other bags. My recomm to the owner is, pls at least have 2 sizes of poly bags or advise the store assistant to use more than one bag when required. Since your bakery is doing not bad, the 1 or 2 cents won't eat into your cost that much when the customer buy more than 5 items right Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
