Visited on 16 May 2026 Paid $3.80 for a plate of poached chicken breast rice. Rice and soup is so flavourful... chicken meat is not too dry... However the Achar vegetables were a bit too sour for me Nevertheless...I would definitely go for it 10x if I were staying nearby Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Not sure what's the hype over this stall. Those 5 star reviews are seriously sus. The rice grains were distinct and dry, lacking the oily sheen and "sticky" cohesion that holds a perfect bite together. Chicken is smooth but not velvety enough to be considered fantastic. Chilli feels more like a vinegar dip than a spicy accompaniment with a real kick. If this stall were to operate at sentosa or orchard where undiscerning tourists hang out at, it will likely see brisk business. But not in a hdb estate at the north western end of the country where patrons are mostly locals who know how a good chicken rice should taste like.

Visited this place after seeing a few TikTok videos. 3 pax lunch costs about $33.00. Ordered half steamed chicken, half roasted chicken added gizzards plus 2 plates of rice. Chicken rice is nice but not like next level fragrant. Both steamed and roasted chicken meat is tender. Condiments are usual chilli sauce and dark sauce. Overall nice place and can give it a try. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
