Pretty standard sponge cake but done well. Cake itself is a bit too eggy for me but the cheese can cover up the taste, parents like it though. Service is whatever but not too bothered since is just takeaway.

I visited your Paya Lebar Square outlet yesterday close to 8pm and was served by your staff, Jolin Ler. Her warmth truly touched my heart. She engaged customers with friendly small talk, coming across as both genuine and sincere. Speaking with her felt like chatting with a friend, even though we had just met. Despite being working whole day, she still looked energetic. Jolin introduced one of the cakes on promotion in a warm, inviting manner. Her upselling was thoughtful—never pushy—making the recommendation feel natural and focused on customer's needs rather than closing the deal. Her clear and pleasant voice added to the overall positive experience. Kudos to Jolin for making customers feel valued and important. She is a wonderful example of excellent service.
