The food itself is amazing and is worthy of a 5-star rating by itself, but this restaurant goes past good food. The service is phenomenal despite being a one-man operation, and he is an amazing guy. We came back 3 times during our stay in Seoul just because of how good this place is. I can’t stress enough how important it is to come here if you are in the Seoul area. 달마다 방문하는 에이든!!! 한달에 한번씩은 단호박뇨끼 먹어주러가야해요 다들 트러플만 드시는데 단호박도 히든젬입니다.. 물론 파스타들도 훌륭하고 꿀대구는 워낙 유명해서 더 말 안할게요 ㅋㅋㅋ 다 진짜 좐맛입니다. 외국인 친구가 한국에 놀러온다면 꼭 데려가고픈 와인바 1위. This is my go-to spot that I have to visit at least once a month. Aiden never disappoints!! I always come back for the kabocha squash gnocchi, honey cod and pasta. Everyone talks about the truffle dishes (and yes, they’re great), but the kabocha gnocchi is a total hidden gem. Truly, so insanely good. If I had a friend visiting Korea from US or Europe, this would be my #1 wine bar to bring them to. Amazing food, great wine, and such a perfect vibe.
