What an incredible discovery!!! First of all, that croissant. Oh my gosh, it's breathtaking! But for me, the star is that beautiful green cream on top. It's matcha, and since I'm totally a matcha addict, I'm already a fan. They've swirled it on so prettily, like they actually took their time making it look as sweet as it probably tastes. And then there's this little sprinkle of extra matcha powder on the croissant itself—it's such a cute touch, like they just didn't want to leave that earthy flavor in any available spot. And, ah, the blueberries on top? They look so dark and plump, I can just picture them exploding with this perfect sweet-tart zing that would go just beautifully with the creamy matcha. You can easily see yourself grabbing this croissant, maybe with a napkin because I'd probably get it all over the room, and eating it while sipping a cup of coffee on a lazy Saturday morning. It’s the kind of treat that makes any day feel a little brighter, you know? And the final surprise!! Inside is full of Azuki bean paste!!! What a perfect harmonic combination!! Now, let's talk about that slice of matcha layered cake—fans, I'm obsessed! The green is so deep, the cake looks like it's glowing on the plate. I can tell the sponge is very soft and light just from the picture, and with that vivid of a color, the matcha taste being front and center. I love how you can even tell the layers so starkly, with that gloopy, dark center filling. And again red bean paste— Azuki bean paste . It’s just so rich and decadent, like it would just melt in your mouth with that light cake. And that frosting at the top? It's so soft and shiny, I'm almost naughty thinking about plunging in but who am I kidding? I did grab a fork and plunge right on in, likely having some on my face as I try to get some of every layer in one slice. I can only picture that first bite—the matcha asserting itself with that rich, slightly bitter flair, and the sweet, creamy filling toning it down just right. It's the kind of dessert that I would indulge in slowly, maybe at some quaint little coffeehouse while catching up with somebody special , discussing how we must come back for more Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
