I visited Chiang Mai for work and was treated to dinner by a local at this restaurant. It was incredibly delicious. It was no longer just food, it was art. A truly memorable dining experience and one of the best restaurants I've visited in Chiang Mai. Saiyut & Doctor Sai Kitchen combines traditional Thai recipes with exceptional attention to detail, creating dishes that are both authentic and beautifully presented. Every plate is packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The service is outstanding—warm, attentive, and happy to explain the dishes and offer recommendations. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it a great place for both a special occasion and a leisurely meal. The quality of the food easily justifies the price, and you can tell that a lot of passion goes into every dish. If you're looking for refined Thai cuisine that showcases the best of local flavors, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended and well deserving of 5 stars.
