I sooooooo wanted gyoza after a full day walking around Fukuoka, and boy did this yatai deliver! We waited a bit for some seats, but that was ok. The hosts were super friendly and very attentive. We ordered a bunch of gyoza, as we watched them get hand made by one of the chefs. They were crispy and fresh, great taste. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
