Absolute disgrace. First of all, I made a reservation for SUSHI BAR seating to be seated at 14:00. I got a text at 13:00 letting me know my reserved seat was “not available” but they had a seat at the teppanyaki bar (which I didn’t want due to the smell of cooking food on my clothes). Anyway, I accepted and said “thank you.” When I arrived at 14:04 with my guest, there was nobody at the host stand to greet me. I walked into the restaurant after waiting several minutes. The hostess was inside behind the bar and said “Sorry, you can’t be seated. Last order was at 14:00.” Horrendously rude. Why would they allow me to book a 14:00 booking if last order was so strictly at the MINUTE of seating. After I even agreed to be seated somewhere different than what I specifically reserved when booking. Do NOT go to this place. Robots for servers, with absolutely no customer service skills. 0 out of 10. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
