【日本語】 初めて利用しましたが、対応に疑問を感じました。 入店時、日本語が不自由であることや外国人であることを理由にされたのか、他と比べて明らかに質が低いと感じるコーナーに案内されました。 その後、別のコーナーへの移動を希望しましたが、2回断られました。 他のコーナーには空きがあり、内容にも差があるように見えたため再度お願いしたところ、最終的には移動できましたが、スタッフの方から「残り8分だから！」と強い口調で言われ、不快に感じました。 もし店舗の運用上のルールがあるのであれば、その説明が必要だと思いますし、今回のような対応は利用者に不信感を与えると思います。 意図的でないとしても、外国人や日本語に不安がある人に対して不公平な扱いと受け取られかねない対応だったと感じました。 It was my first time visiting, but I had concerns about the service. Upon arrival, I was guided to a section that felt noticeably lower in quality compared to others. It seemed this may have been due to my limited Japanese or being a foreign customer. I requested to move to a different section, but my request was refused twice. There appeared to be availability in other sections, and the quality also seemed different. When I asked again, I was eventually allowed to move, but a staff member said in a harsh tone, “You only have 8 minutes left,” which made me feel uncomfortable. If there are operational rules behind this, I believe they should be clearly explained. Otherwise, this kind of response can create a sense of distrust for customers. Even if unintentional, the experience felt like it could be perceived as unfair treatment toward foreign customers or those who are not fluent in Japanese.
