I went all the way to Aki Matcha Bar to try their matcha and when I arrived at the cafe, it was not really busy, it was a weekday early afternoon - every table were taken by one costumer that had already finished eating. When I entered, the staff asked me to come back in one hour as there are no seats - there was one seat outside but I got denied? I felt like it was unfair to wait one hour as every costumer had finished eating…As there was nothing around in the area to pass time I didn’t come back! Service: 1

Dear Elise,We apologize for the misunderstanding and the unpleasant experience.While some guests had already finished their meals, they were still within their allotted dining time, which is why we asked you to wait for about 30 mins for a table to free up. We are sorry that we didn’t explain this clearly during the rush time. We will improve our communication to handle this with more care in the future and hope to have the chance to serve you again.
