ビジネスミーティングとプライベートで2回利用させていただきました。お寿司はすごく丁寧に握られている感じで、見栄えも最高。ただシャリが少し硬め？初回が硬かったので、２回目もリベンジでもう一度お寿司のセットを頼みましたが、やっぱり硬い。そういうスタイルなのか。お店のデコレーションや雰囲気はとてもいいので、ビジネスミーティングにおすすめ。Visited twice - business meeting and private use. Ordered Sushi set and it was made with care and looks nice. but maybe the rice is a bit hard? The first time I ordered it was hard so I tried again 2nd time and it was hard as well. Maybe that is the Akira Back style!? Restaurant decoration and atmosphere is sophisticated so good for business meeting.

Dining at Akira Back Singapore was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the ambiance immediately set the tone for an enjoyable evening. The restaurant’s modern yet cozy design creates a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort, making it an ideal spot for both special occasions and casual gatherings. The food was outstanding — each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The signature Tuna Pizza was a standout, with its delicate balance of textures and umami notes, while the Wagyu Tacos impressed with their rich, savory taste. Every plate reflected Chef Akira Back’s unique fusion of Japanese and Korean influences, leaving us eager to try more. A special commendation goes to Hazel, who truly elevated our dining experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. Her warm demeanor and professionalism made us feel welcome and valued as guests. Overall, Akira Back Singapore delivers on all fronts — exceptional food, inviting ambiance, and impeccable service.
