ミシュラン獲得！五感で楽しむAksorn อักษร バンコク滞在のハイライトとして、ミシュランを獲得しているレストラン「Aksorn」へ行ってきました。こちらはアラカルトではなく、シェフのおまかせコース1本勝負のお店です。コースのスタートを飾るローズアップルの前菜は、海老のペーストとの相性が抜群で、お酒がスッと進む味わい。続くチキンの串焼きも絶品でした。特に感動したのが、パリパリに揚げられたサラダです。食感の楽しさと旨味がギュッと詰まっていて、個人的にかなり大好きな味でした。メインは数種類のカレー、ビーフグリル、スープなどが一気に提供され、ご飯と一緒にいただく本格的なスタイル。中にはかなりスパイシーなものもありますが、辛くない料理やスープ、そして香り高い「燻製卵」のような一品が辛さをマイルドに中和してくれ、見事なバランスで最後まで美味しくいただけます。締めくくりのデザート「ココナッツクランブル」も、香りと食感が印象的でした。バンコクで特別感のある本格タイ料理を味わいたい方に、自信を持っておすすめできる名店です。. Most dishes tasted either overly salty or overly spicy. Whilst appreciating following tradition, the salty and spicy level were overpowered for 4 out of 5 main dishes in our opinion, only the chicken was right on the money. The deep-fried starter was insanely oily and despite claiming shrimp and garuda claws there were only 2 small prawns in the whole dish. The desert section was all fantastic and the service was impeccable however the disappointment of the main section really pulled down the overall satisfaction. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
