Had nowhere to go past 10pm around Orchard and decided to give this place a try after finding it on Google Maps. We had a good experience overall! The iced teh tarik and iced lemon tea were especially refreshing in the midst of a hot summer night. The teh tarik was very sweet, but tasted very good regardless. We got the roti bomb, which was crispy, buttery, and sweet, and it was paired nicely with a spicy curry on the side. The Maggi goreng was also good. The bright red colour threw me off a little at first, but it ended up tasting pretty delicious. The total came up to around 15SGD, which felt very reasonable considering the location and late-night convenience. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent pratha. This is way better than the name brand at Tangs basement. Made fresh, crispy on the outside and yet soft on the inside. Served with a delicious fish curry made just right. And at $3 for two plain prathas, this is a good price. Add another $1.40 for a very good tea tarik. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Al Madinah Restaurant is located at 150 Orchard Road, Singapore. The restaurant is located on the side of the road. Halal Food. Yesterday I ordered Briyani Rice plus Fried Chicken/Curry, Sea Food Fried Rice, Prata, Iced Teh Tarik. Average food price 7-9$S. Including cheap for its location in Orchard and the portions are large too. Open 24 Hours. Friendly service, pay using cash. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Nasi Goreng
